This Cushion is made to order in the UK and for this reason there is usually a 6-8 week wait. However, we do hold some stock. If the Cushion you order is in stock, then you should receive your order in 1-2 weeks. If not, then we will contact you shortly after you order to ensure you wish to proceed having one made.
How long is delivery?
We deliver all our stock items within 7 to 14 working days from placing your order. (Delivery times vary according to the product and the manufacturer.) Approximate times are emailed to you after your order has been taken. Once an order has been received, you will be provided with an update on when your order has been dispatched and provided with tracking details to check the status of your delivery.
For out-of-stock items, we usually receive new stock within 24-48 hours, and any item that is out-of-stock at the time of purchase will be subject to 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.
What time should I expect my order to arrive?

What if my delivery contains damaged goods?
This happens infrequently, but sometimes furniture sustains minor damage during shipping or contains a manufacturer's defect. If this occurs, contact us immediately.
Can I change my delivery date?
Though we will do everything we can to arrange a mutually convenient delivery date it is not currently possible at this time to choose a specific day for delivery. If you have any concerns or specific requirements, please call us and we will be happy to assist you.
